Fall Festival
Every October, the residents of the Arcadia neighborhood come together for an all-day block party / potluck dinner. The event is hosted and orchestrated by the Community Center, and includes food, music, dancing, entertainment, and activities for kids. This year's Fall Festival was on October 18th, and some 300 people were in attendance!

The Fall Festival would not be possible without the incredibly generous support of other community members. The 2008 Festival was made possible by:
- Local grocery stores, including: Save-a-lot, Pic-Pac, & Kroger
- Local pizzerias, including: Bearno's 4th street, Spinelli's, Windy City, Wick's Pizza, Hometown Pizza, Za's Pizza, Annie's Pizza, & Danny Mac's.
- Churchill Downs
- Squallis Puppeteers
- Salsa Rhythms Band
- Miguel Lagunas & his Mexican folkdancing group
- Expo 5 at Derby Park
- Ball State Universty (who spent their Alternative Spring Break with us for the weekend)
- Arcade Baptist Church
- All the residents & other volunteers who made food and volunteered to help us serve it!
